Training Programs

The following training programs are general guidelines to help you achieve certain goals.  All of these programs require your attention to the four domains of fitness ( Resistance training, Cardiovascular training, Flexibility training, and Nutrition...see section on articles for information concerning "domains of fitness" ).  However, each training program will have a different emphasis and application of the domains to drive the intended results.  All of these programs will improve the overall strength of your body and reduce body fat.  Lastly, all of these programs automatically include thorough coaching to correct and improve posture and balance, which means addressing core strength and correct skeletal posture and stabilization.
